Her academic interests focus on child protection systems, Indigenous governance, development, and social policy. She is particularly interested in how institutions, policies, and systems of governance shape experiences of care, protection, and justice. Her current research interests explore Australian child protection systems, with a focus on institutional fragmentation, jurisdictional divisions, and safeguarding continuity for children moving across systems of care.
